Form a reunion committee
You’ve probably already identified some classmates who would be willing to volunteer. The next step is to arrange a meeting where the committee members can get together and start assigning responsibilities.
Pick a date
You’ll need to decide when to have your event. It may be necessary to first check with venues as some can fill up fast.

Send invitations
You should send invitations out at least 3 months prior to your reunion to give people time to make their plans. You can use postcards, Facebook, LinkedIn, phone calls or any other method for getting the information into people’s hands.
Select vendors
You might wish to bring in additional services that your venue does not provide, such as a live band, DJ, or photographer.
